| BUILDING SCIENCE The primary goal of building science is to ensure the outdoor environment and indoor environment are appropriately separated. Indoor conditions should provide occupant comfort and safety from harsh outdoor conditions. Outdoor moisture, temperature, air, noise and pollutants should not be permitted to unintentionally migrate to the indoor environment and vice-versa.
