A standard complaint from clients is the cost of their heating bills. The easiest fix is a new high efficiency boiler.
What is best is a review of the system involved and upgrade of the system. In some cases the boiler should remain and the controls should be upgraded. In others, the type of boiler is adequate but the wrong size.
We like to review the system and make recommendations to provide what the client needs and yes this sometimes means a new boiler.
If so, the specs and drawings should provide good competitive bids and follow-up inspections and commissioning to assure the system works to the best of its abilities.
